It is still possible to get married in Dubai as a Filipino and Indian couple as long as one of the couples has met the requirements that including: 

  • Being an Indian national, you have to be subjected to the laws of your home country 
  • You will need a valid Dubai resident visa for purposes of marriage solemnization 
  • In case one of you having a visiting visa, you will need to undergo an extensive medical examination before the marriage happens in the UAE. 

With all the above, the marriage will have to happen under the non-Muslim UAE court located in Abu Dhabi. This is because, they are from two different nationalities and thus not possible to conduct the marriage in the embassy.
