Due to all these issues, it becomes difficult for a baby to get a birth certificate and a passport. Without these documents, a baby, the residency in Kuwait cannot not be possessed by the expats.

Newborn baby’s conditions to follow in Kuwait:

Based on the marriage certificate, the baby’s birth certificate is being issued. When you have both documents, you must have the following paperwork that will need to be present at the passport application collection centre:

  • A translation of the birth certificate into English
  • Original birth certificate (Arabic)
  • Copies of the passports of both parents
  • Copy of father’s civil ID
  •  Copy of mother’s civil ID
